The Viscount II pumps are offered in two models: 1.3:1 and 1.8:1. The 1.3:1 pump develops pressures to 2000 psi (13.8 Mpa, 138 bar) and 9.2 gpm (35 lpm) at 60 cpm. The 1.8:1 pump develops pressures to 2700 psi (18.6 Mpa, 186 bar) and 6.9 gpm (26 lpm) at 60 cpm.

The Viscount II hydraulic motor has been designed and tested for more than 10,000,000 cycles of operation.

These pumps offer low cost of ownership. The rugged pump lower construction with Severe Duty rods and cylinders reduces downtime and extends the interval between repairs. The simple construction makes service and repair fast and easy.

   Automatic Bead Dispense Gun

The new Stainless Steel gun is an example of Graco’s commitment to bring to the roadmarking industry the most functional and dependable equipment available in the market today.

The gun is supplied with four different needle/nozzle assemblies to enable bead laydown to be matched to unit speed and tank pressure. Delivery rates are variable from 2kg/min to 16kg/min, depending on tank pressure and orifice selection. Gun is air triggered via a 3 way solenoid as per the paint spray guns.
