   Fast-Flo 1:1 Pump

Fast-Flo 1:1 Pumps are designed to operate at air input pressures of up to 180 psi and deliver a smooth, reliable flow. Drum length and stubby models are available for either drum transfer or wall mount siphon feed applications. Both carbon steel and stainless steel models with various seal configurations allow a variety of non-corrosive materials to be pumped. Ball checks or flat check pump configurations are available to accommodate different viscosity materials. All pumps have an air control valve, an air line coupler, and threaded intake valves.

Quiet operation - less than 785dBA at 100 psi (700kPa, 7 bar) and 40 cycles per minute.

   Graco Standard 2:1 Pump

Graco's 2:1 pumps are ideally suited to a wide range of medium pressure fluid transfer and supply applications. These pumps use Graco's proven differential air motor design providing long trouble-free air motor life. The Graco 1.4 (35.5 mm) diameter air motor connects to either a carbon steel or stainless steel fluid pump.

Typical fluid delivery up to 2.5 gpm (9.46 lpm); fluid pressure up to 360 psi (2.4 MPa, 24 bar).

   Monark / President 2:1 - 4:1 Ratio High Volume Supply Pumps

These high volume pumps are driven by Graco's reliable and proven Monark and President air motors. Choice of ratio from 2:1 to 4:1 and flows from 6 GPM (22L) - 10 GPM (38L).
These pumps are suitable for lower to medium viscosity fluids for transfer, supply and circulation applications. Carbon steel and stainless steel models are available in either stubby or drum length.

Graco's Glutton® 400 is used frequently for pumping abrasive high solids coatings (50% or more) in circulating systems for both conventional and HVLP in-plant applications. It is also an ideal catalyst feed pump because the design is sealed internally.

This unique divorced duplex plunger style pump is designed to handle more shear and heat sensitive materials. The single piston seal design on each fluid piston virtually eliminates build-up material and subsequent abrasion wear. These seals can wear up to .25 (0.063 cm) before losing efficiency, while ordinary pumps will fail with as little as 0.005 (0.012 cm) wear. The piston seals are self-adjusting for long life and less downtime, for reduced overall cost. Even run-dry conditions can occur without piston seal failure. The long life co-polymer bellows seal creates a leak-proof design for the life of the seal, unlike a traditional sealed piston pump design.

The Check-Mate 800 pump is designed to transfer high viscosity fluids from 55 gallon (200 ltr) drums or 5 gallon (5 ltr) pails in high volumes to one or more locations. The internal design moves fluid from the inlet to the outlet port with the lowest pressure drop available. The metal wear parts are treated with the finest wear-resistant coatings to achieve the Graco Severe-Duty™ mark of excellence for long life. Three power ratios (19:1, 31:1 and 65:1) provide different levels of pressure up to 28.8 gpm (10.6 lpm) to increase production capability and capacity.
