Phillro Industries are the only Elcometer Authorised service & repair facility in Australia and now offer:- instrument testing
- service and
- repair
to the standard Elcometer requirements.
This is of extreme importance when having your Elcometer product serviced or repaired. The works are carried out strictly in accordance with the procedures set by the manufacturer by a technician trained by the manufacturer and only genuine spare parts or components are used ensuring that your instrument continues to function in accordance with its original design specification. Works are carried out in a controlled environment and traceability is maintained using the product serial identification numbers so that full instrument history is kept from its manufacture through despatch from the factory to its current time.
This service provides a rapid turnaround and economical solution for the users of Elcometer products never previously available in Australia.

Service Policy Certification
All new goods are supplied with a certificate of conformance.
Test certificates are available for many instruments
Certificates traceable to NPL and UKAS are available for many gauges.
Service & Recalibration
Elcometer's policy on recalibration and servicing enables customers
equipment to be maintained in the best possible condition.
On receipt of returned equipment Phillro will perform a free
assessment BEFORE commencing any work on the customers behalf.
