Graco SaniForce PH Diaphragm Pumps
SaniForce pneumatic diaphragm pumps are designed to meet requirements for the most rigorous food, beverage, personal care, and pharmaceutical transfer applications.
SaniForce AODD pumps reduce the amount of tri-clamps and gaskets utilized in the fluid path creating a pump that is easier to sanitize and clean as well as quicker and easier to disassemble and maintain. Handle solids up to 3.8 inches in diameter and allow for vertical and horizontal pump installation. 316L stainless steel fluid section and multiple elastomer options provide flexibility to handle almost any material and cleaning chemical. Elastomer options for high temperature fluids or steam cleaning options.

- Single piece manifolds reduce tri-clamps and gaskets creating a cleaner fluid path and design.
- Surface finish options or 125, 32, or 20 Ra
- Multiple approval and certification options: 3A, ATEX, USP Class VI, CE, 3.1 certification
- Optional leak sensors notify users when processes may be compromised
- 316L stainless steel wetted section
- Multiple internal elastomers to be compatible with you material and cleaning chemicals
